We strongly advise you take out holiday insurance to cover any booking made with ProJen Holidays Ltd. Not only will this cover any accident or emergency that occurs whilst you are on holiday, but it will also cover any cancellation of your holiday prior to your arrival, together with any costs incurred by yourselves should such a situation arise.
Watergate Bay Touring Park is a family park and caters for families and couples only and does not accept even or uneven numbered mixed parties unless by prior arrangement. In the event of a party arriving that is not a family or couple without prior arrangement, we reserve the right to refuse the booking at the time of arrival without a refund of any monies previously paid to us.
All deposits paid upon booking are detailed in your confirmation. Deposits are part payment of your holiday charge in total, and will be taken into account when the final payment is made.
For all touring bookings, the full balance is due 2 weeks prior to arrival. Touring holidays booked within 2 weeks of the arrival date must be paid for in full at the time of booking.
For all rental bookings including static caravans and pods, the full balance is due 4 weeks prior to arrival.

We operate a "no refund" policy. Should you need to leave early, we cannot offer you a refund. If you feel you have extenuating circumstances, please ask to speak to a Director. If any money is to be refunded, please note that a £10.00 administration fee will be taken from any amount available to you.
Static & Pod Bookings
If you cancel the holiday more than 4 weeks before the arrival date, we will refund you all the sums you have paid over and above the required deposit less a £10 administration charge, providing you cancel under a qualifying reason (for qualifying reasons, see below) If you cancel less than 4 weeks before the arrival date, providing you cancel under a qualifying reason (for qualifying reasons, see below).
Touring Bookings
If you cancel the holiday more than 2 weeks before the arrival date, we will refund you all the sums you have paid over and above the required deposit of £50.00 per week less a £10 administration charge, providing you cancel under a qualifying reason (for qualifying reasons, see below) If you cancel less than 4 weeks before the arrival date, providing you cancel under a qualifying reason (for qualifying reasons, see below).
Watergate Bay Touring Park will only refund if cancellation is due to any of the following – death, serious illness or admission to hospital of any member of your party or your immediate family, or your redundancy or that of your spouse. Please note that the claim must be in writing and supported by the relevant documents. Our acknowledgement is evidence of our having received your notification.
Static Caravan & Pod Bookings
A £50.00 ‘key deposit’ is required upon arrival, which covers any breakages, shortages, lost keys, unruly behaviour or extra cleaning. All accommodation should be left in a reasonable state upon departure. If deemed necessary a cleaning fee will be charged. Liability is not limited to £50.00 and rests with the named party leader.
Bookings are made from 2.00pm on the day of arrival. No unit will be let out before 2.00pm due to cleaning, checking and maintenance requirements. We reserve the right to delay check in times if necessary. You are welcome to use park facilities before that time. Static caravans and pods must be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure and a £20 fee may be charged as a penalty for late check-out. You may use the parks facilities for the remainder of the day.
Late arrivals may obtain their key from a designated person with prior arrangement.
Bed linen MUST be used in our static caravans or pods otherwise a £25 cleaning charge will be taken from your key deposit to launder the duvet & pillow protectors.
The total number of persons occupying a static caravan or pod must not exceed the number booked and only guests that are registered on your booking are permitted to stay. You are welcome to register and pay for day guests at Reception depending on site capacity at the time.
ProJen Holidays Ltd reserves the right to enter static caravans or pods under special circumstances or emergencies, at any time.
One vehicle only may be parked beside your static caravan or pod. Adjacent car parks are provided. Parking provision may be altered or restricted in adverse weather conditions.
We do not permit gazebos, tents, or similar items on static caravan and pod pitches.
All static caravans and pods are strictly NON-SMOKING. Key deposits and/or charges will be retained if there is evidence of smoking in a caravan
Touring pitches
Pitches may not be available until 12 noon on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11.00am on the day of departure. We reserve the right to delay check-in and pitch access.
There is no guarantee that pitch bookings can be extended beyond the dates originally booked.
ONLY ONE VEHICLE is permitted on each pitch; additional vehicles are charged for but MUST be parked in designated parking areas.
UNIT SIZE – Due to fire regulations, you must state what type of accommodation you will be bringing at the time of booking. When you arrive, you must follow the pitching guidance of the front of your welcome pack. It your pitch contents exceed that declared on the booking we reserve the right to require the rearrangement of pitch equipment, or to relocate or refuse accommodation, which may not be refundable.
Supplemental conditions
Only one discount or special offer can be applied per booking. Once booked any offers that may become available subsequently, such as last minute offers, cannot be applied to an existing booking.
Fire and other regulations in force on the Park will be strictly enforced.
We do not permit washing lines on any pitch. Please use the laundry facilities provided.
The lead name on the booking will be responsible for all payments and the behaviour of all party members. Minimum age of lead party member is 18.
Terms & Conditions are issued to protect the health and safety of all parties and to ensure the facilities, amenities and environment of the Park is preserved for the enjoyment of guests. We reserve the right to amend or add conditions as required.
There is a ‘low noise’ policy after 11pm and a ‘no noise’ policy after 12am, and guests are expected to respect their neighbours.
The electricity supply to 16 amp, Xl 16 amp & Super pitches is nominally 16 amps, and the 10 amp pitch supply is normally 10 amps. However we reserve the right to reduce this capacity without warning and cannot guarantee a full supply during periods of high demand or under conditions out of our control.
For non-electric touring pitches and 10 amp Flexi pitches, bookings will be accepted for any day of the week and for any duration.
Bookings for our 10 Amp electric, 16 Amp Electric, XL 16 Amp and Super pitches must be to arrive and depart on either a Friday, Saturday or Sunday during the main holiday weeks, unless you wish to leave on a Bank Holiday Monday, when a Monday departure is acceptable.
A minimum of 3 nights must be booked at bank holidays.
A minimum of 5 nights must be booked over the period when the Boardmasters festival is booked.
Please ask us for details if you are unsure. Please note that there is no guarantee that pitch availability can be extended beyond the dates booked.
The information supplied in the booking process will be stored on computer for the purposes of future distribution to you of our advertising material and under no circumstances will be passed on to a third party. For the purposes of the Data Protection Act 1984 the submission of a booking signifies consent to this. For more information please read our privacy policy.

Even or uneven numbered mixed parties will only be accepted at ProJen Holidays Ltd’s discretion, and a security deposit may be required.
In certain circumstances ProJen Holidays Ltd will accept bookings from clubs, school groups or similar. If you are interested, please ask to speak to a Director for more information.
It is your responsibility to check the details on your booking confirmation are correct and notify us immediately of any discrepancies. We cannot accept responsibility for any errors not corrected prior to arrival.
Unless you notify us of your late arrival, your pitch, static caravan or pod will only be held until noon the day after the booked arrival date, (provided full payment has been received) at which time it may be re-let without notice.
If we believe that you have left early (i.e. vacated the site with no intention to return before your departure date or informed reception of your intention not to return) we reserve the right to re-let your pitch/accommodation. You will not be entitled to a refund and the balance will be deemed as a penalty charge.
In the instance of behaviour detrimental to other holiday makers, ProJen Holidays Ltd property or staff, persons responsible, and the entire group at the Directors discretion, will be asked to leave the site without refund.
ProJen Holidays Ltd reserves the right to terminate any booking at any time, without compensation or refund.
Persons using Watergate Bay Touring Park and its facilities do so entirely at their own risk and ProJen Holidays Ltd will not accept liability for the loss or damage to persons and/or property, or accommodation or amenities becoming unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control.
Our prices includes VAT at the current rate applicable. The price of your holiday will be subject to the rate prevailing at the time payment is received and the price of your holiday adjusted accordingly (should rates change).
All park roads and areas are subject to Road Traffic Law. In addition, the site guest speed limit of 5mph should be adhered to at all times.
Our Health & Safety Policy is available for inspection upon request.
There may be a charge for pulling vehicles, units, or equipment off pitches, all at the owners risk.
A provisional booking can be made which will be held until the end of the day that the provisional booking is made unless otherwise advised. However, there is no guarantee that the provisional booking will be held for any period of time without payment.
Well behaved dogs are welcome on touring pitches and selected pods to a maximum of 2 dogs per pitch or pod. We do not allow pets in the static caravans. Dogs must be pre-booked and a charge applies. They must be kept on a lead at all times – an exercise area is provided. Watergate Bay Touring Park reserves the right to refuse certain breeds of dog that it deems inappropriate on a family site. Dogs are not permitted to stay in cars or outside units overnight. Should ProJen Holidays Ltd feel that any pet has been left on site without its owner for any length of time and is on distress, or causing distress to other park users, we reserve to the right to contact the authorities to collect the dog immediately without notice being given to the owner. Please note, that we do not allow dogs to be left unattended on site. Please contact reception for doggy day care recommendations.
We only sell alcohol to persons 18 years or over. We reserve the right to request to see an approved form of identification – passport, photo driving licence or valid identification card when purchasing alcohol on site. We reserve the right to refuse to serve alcohol to anyone, regardless of age, at the management’s discretion.
ProJen Holidays Ltd reserves the right to change or cancel the on-site entertainment at any time without prior notice.
ProJen Holidays Ltd does not accept responsibility for any personal property left on site.
We will be happy to forward items left (if found) for a minimum fee of £10 to cover administration, postage and packing.
Please inform us of any problems that occur during your stay as we regret that we cannot rectify or compensate complaints once you have left the park.
In circumstances where a customers own vehicle or equipment is involved in an accident or incident ProJen Holidays Ltd reserve the right to close or restrict access to areas affected, and salvage or remove vehicles or equipment at its discretion. In circumstances where the accident or incident was caused by the customer, or anyone in the booked party, or by their vehicle or equipment, the owner will indemnify ProJen Holidays Ltd against all damage, claims, costs, demands, acts or omissions whatsoever arising and make reparation to ProJen Holidays Ltd any resultant costs, damages or losses (consequential or otherwise) relating thereto.
